Great service for the price

I have used several different record management software programs over the past few years with different employers. Now that I am starting a Private Practice I feel that Simple Practice is just that Simple to learn, but full of useful features.

Great program but missing very important features

I love how intuitive the program is. It is incredibly helpful! The only thing is that I work with children and the way automated communication is set up doesn't make sense when the client is a child and messages need to be addressed to the parent. I'm also frustrated that it seems siblings cannot be registered, given that a unique separate email is needed for each.... Also, I'd like to be able to set up appointments for group sessions (e.g. siblings seen together) and be able to write up ...

Makes paperwork easy!

Simple Practice takes the daunting task of private practice paperwork and turns it into a simple, approachable and easily managed task that cuts time spent on paperwork in half. The support staff is awesome and always quick to respond to your questions. Love this system!

Amazing Program!!

Prior to beginning my private practice I worked for an agency. Intake assessments would take forever because the families had to complete the paperwork in the office on the day of the appointment. Going into private practice I knew I wanted to find a way to streamline this process. Great system and super easy to use!

I absolutely love SimplePractice. I was originally going to use a free EHR or write notes on paper, but SimplePractice is impossible to pass up. Not only are they great because they make note writing easy, but they also help with sending clients schedule reminders, doing online credit card payments, scheduling, sending clients emails with questionnaires, etc. Would definitely recommend this to other therapists.

Great Service, Great Product

I'm new to Simple Practice. I've been in private practice for many years but took a 5 year detour into agency mental health. In comparing Simple Practice to the several EMR's I've used over the past 5 years, I've found it to be very intuitive and user-friendly with a wide array of benefits to support your private practice needs. Their support is great. They reply promptly to questions and direct you to additional website resources that are relevant and useful. I've been pleasantly surprised!

Best EHR we've tried yet!

We absolutely LOVE Simple Practice, especially now that we can have a group practice with multiple clinicians under the same account. The only features we're still craving are a way for clients to confirm their appointment have perhaps have a color change appear on our calendar (e.g., green dot for confirmed), and SMS messaging back and forth for appointment changes etc. Also multiple Stripe accounts under same group practice for independent contractors. Simple Practice works so well for my solo practice. I love that my clients can schedule and pay easily online. I also love that I can send new clients forms so quickly. It is also fantastic for making my notes a breeze. Highly recommended!
