I have been using SimplePractice for over a year. I have grown from an individual private practice to a group practice. I love the personal care the simple practice team provides and their excitement about innovation and adding more features as we grow and as they grow. It is not a perfect system, but it is fabulous, it makes work life easier, and I feel like they will keep working towards perfection...and just may get there.

I use Simple Practice and it does simplify things quite a bit. Sometimes the sync with google isn't so robust and I have my own confusion about bookkeeping which sometimes give me a little trouble when it comes to crediting invoices with payments. But I like it - it functions well and I appreciate the ease

I like the overall experience so far

I like the overall experience so far, but I do have some difficulty with the flow at times. The only difficulty I have is clicking back and forth between clients and the main window to find what I need at times. that may be a learning curve as well.

Overall great

Overall great, need a few tweaks. They could do more to up their game for group practices, and it would be really helpful if tech support offered livehelp (even by appointment). But overall, I'm thrilled with the product.

SP serves a lot of my needs

SP serves a lot of my needs! It's very intuitive and the staff are very friendly and responsive. I like the option to submit my responses in the moment and would hear back from SP staff within one business day. I know I cannot rely on any one practice software to serve all of my needs and hence I still have a separate spreadsheet to keep track of when I actually receive my check from insurance companies. All in all, I'd recommend SP to my colleagues!

Fantastic software

Perfect software for a psychotherapy practice. Company is always providing new and improved features. Fast response on customer support, lots of how-to videos and articles for learning the software, easy to use and very clean user interface. I'm very, very pleased with Simple Practice and would absolutely recommend it to others.
