Simple practice is easy to use
Simple practice is easy to use. Although I haven’t fully integrated into the system, I find the product intuitive and has great training materials showing you how to use different features. I have enjoyed it thus far and look forward to using it to its full extent!

Simple Practice is by far the best…
Simple Practice is by far the best system out there for private practice. I have used quite a few, high dollar systems that were full of glitches, errors and unnecessarily complicated. Simple Practice is practical, user-friendly, glitch-free and has made my job more efficient!

I adore Simple Practice
I adore Simple Practice. I have strong administrative skills, but Simple Practice allows me to streamline all paperwork, scheduling, notes, everything. What I love best is how easy it is for my clients. They love the easy access and how intuitive the software is. I highly recommend!

Great website!
SimplePractice has been a great website for me to use, and it has made starting my private practice a much easier process than I expected. It is very user-friendly, and fairly easy to figure out how to use. It really does make it simple.

Simple Practice is worth the cost
Simple Practice is worth the cost. It is so convenient to have everything...and I mean EVERYTHING on my computer--it saves paper, time, and space. The service is very user friendly, and though I was unsure about their customer service initially, I have found them to be responsive and helpful. I enjoy being able to take client payments with ease, and my clients love that they can schedule and manage appointments right online. All in all, definitely worth it.

I have been using this program for the past 3 months and it has made my life so much easier. I’m grateful that I can use a program that keeps my clients information safe and that they can trust me and the program in the process. Thank you.

My review of simple practice
So far I feel like it has been a pretty simple transition. The customer service has been very good and I really like the layout. I also have been advised to join a Facebook group which has answered a lot of questions regarding SimplePractice. So far the only problems that I have encountered are the usability of the app versus the actual site. I’m only really able to use the app to schedule and I guess potentially bill.

Excellent all around service. Takes a little bit to get used to but customer support is great! Would love it if it also sent me appointment reminders.

Where do I begin
Where do I begin? My first run with SP ended earlier this year when their system stopped syncing with my calendar and I missed two appointments one day. That alerted me to the fact that their system wasn't working anymore. I contacted them, which is nearly impossible by the way, and they blamed Google. I recently started my own independent practice, and I chose Simple Practice as my software system. Although, learning a new system is a learning curve for anyone, I feel Simple Practice's help center and customer service were what helped me the most. I cannot rave enough about the "all online" feature Simple Practice provides for me and my clients.
