Very confusing, not always clear how to set up

What do you like best? I like the idea of this product, but the execution isn't ideal. What do you dislike? it can be very confusing when setting up a poll. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've tried to use it to gain consensus on certain issues, but with no luck.

What do you like best? It's incredibly simple and relevant. I can't tell you how many times we go back and forth regarding where we're going for lunch. Using simple poll makes deciding much easier. What do you like best? I like the ease of use- if we want to put a poll on Slack, all we have to do is type in /poll on the channel we want the poll on, and type in the information. You can also edit, and see the results in a second. Also, you can see who voted for what, in case that is needed. What do you dislike? In coordinating office events, it can be difficult to choose the best day for as many people as possible. This helped us pick when to have an office event.
