"Very solid insights, but also a bit niche and expensive."
What do you like best about Similarweb? The user interface is superb, the way it lets you track your estimated traffic by channel against top competitors is also a great touch. The support staff seems very knowledgeable as well. What do you dislike about Similarweb? For the price I feel it should offer more substantial ways of actually improving your strategy, instead of focusing more on top-level competitor comparisons. Stats are awfully wrong!
Specially visit stats are awful. I can look a lot of web sites with millions of visitors real data from Google Analytics. SimilarWeb's numbers are inaccurate!

I used this site to capture my growth…
I used this site to capture my growth and the growth of competitors. But since March, they stopped showing statistics for small traffic sites. Now similarweb is useless to me

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! They will not give you your money back if the service not working for you. Similar web convince me to pay for one year in front by wire transfer to their bank account - 8000$. Once that I figure out that their service is not working for us they didn't want to give me my money back. Never use services that want all the money in advance - company that have good product will offer you monthly payment and wont ask you to do wire transfer. If you do wire transfer ...

The site reports fake data as real google analytics data. A month ago I tried to connect our Google Analytics account to similarweb.com because it reported lower statistics for our website beverfood.com. Once connected, nothing has changed, indeed similarweb.com has started to report its estimates as real Google Analytics data. Now I have removed similarweb access to our Google Analytics and It continues to show its estimates as Google Analytics real data. I reported the error to support. ...

They offer a "free" option..
They offer a "free" option... then you give them all your info... then they tell you it's only a 10 day trial and they use your info to market to you. Enjoy your 1 star review.

Nice features
I'm currently using only the free version but, so far so good. I've heard from my friends that the data is not 100% real meaning, also bots activities is also count but I don't know if it's true. Anyway, I gave 4 stars because I don't know how the paid version is, and I don't want to mislead anyone.

You have to pay for longer time periods of data. Recommendations to others considering Similarweb: It’s good What problems is Similarweb solving and how is that benefiting you? None really. It’s benefited me to write better ad copy.
