What do you like best about Similarweb? I enjoy looking at the keywords and competitors. very valuable for our line of work. The ability to quickly generate usage reports is very helpful. What do you dislike about Similarweb? The Website Technologies section is extensive but I have noticed it is incomplete when comparing results against Ghostery. Dreadful

Dreadful. Expensive, terrible customer service and the data isn't that great, you can get better elsewhere - avoid at all costs. Update: After several weeks SimilarWebb refunded me but it took a lot of work and phonecalls back and forth with my bank.

Terrible customer service. I messaged them asking if one specific feature would be available with one of their packages and clearly stated I would not be interested in any other features. She wouldn't answer questions directly, always answering with more general information or redirecting you to FAQ or their brochure. What do you like best about Similarweb? Ability to to perform a competitive analysis relatively quickly. What do you dislike about Similarweb? The inability to collaborate on workspaces with coworkers. What problems is Similarweb solving and how is that benefiting you? Greater insight into a prospects business situation prior to deep engagement. We have experienced increased efficiency during the Discovery phase of our projects.

What do you like best about Similarweb? The user interface is superb, the way it lets you track your estimated traffic by channel against top competitors is also a great touch. The support staff seems very knowledgeable as well. What do you dislike about Similarweb?
