Great for fully automated review collecting

This is an updated review. I had a lot of issues with them initially, but they sorted it out, so I'm updating my review to reflect this.Ultimately, the system isn't what we're looking for and it's not as customizable as what we're looking for, but they have a good model and definitely would be a great solution for most businesses.

I have been with Sign Post for about 3 weeks, and I really enjoy my experience with them. Everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable. They inform me without making me feel like I have to buy something. I am getting good feedback from my customer contacts.
