This service was a horrible waist of…

This service was a horrible waist of money. They made me prepay for a year thanks I sucked it up even through the pandemic. I canceled with them three weeks before the end of my contracted time. Did there stupid cancelation appointment hoop they require and then was still charged an additional full month. Set it and forget it marketing!

What do you like best? Signpost makes it easy to do all the marketing you wish you had time for. It’s an intuitive way of marketing that if done manually would take hours a week. Easy to work with and produce many good reviews

What do you like best? The main reason we signed up was to get reviews. Signpost has been extremely effective at getting us tons of positive reviews. What do you dislike? Customers getting ongoing requests after they have already given a review. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has really helped our online presence to have so many positive reviews.

Interesting Service/Unprofessional Salesperson

Signpost seems like it offers a pretty solid streamlined system for various businesses to capture customer data (quite impressively through various APIs and integrations) and I really did like what I saw in their demo of the interface and also the way they seamlessly follow up with customers. Signpost - THE Best

We have been using Signpost for three years. We can't say enough good things about this system! It offers a neutral platform upon which clients and prospects can share their experiences with us - who we are, what we do, and how we help them. We are always telling fellow business owners about Signpost - unless, of course, they are competitors!
