Overall
Overall, this application is very useful tool for requesting signatures from clients. I'd suggest a few things for future improvement: 1) Ability to rename group documents. Right now, all the groups are auto-named with today's date which is hard to identify which group is for which parties to sign. 2) Ability to create a link to send group documents. 3) Ability to extend or unlock group documents for signing.

Easily send the same documents to different clients.
I'm relatively new to this software, but it does make sending and signing documents an easy task. Once you have templates properly set up, sending the same documents to different clients is a fast and easy action.

I like the convenience of this application. I don't like how many emails it creates to my inbox with each signing and invitation processed. I'd like to see a simplified identifiable email indicating that all parties have signed and the process has been successfully completed, so that I'm not searching for the document to upload through a multitude of unnecessary emails.
