Today we chatted with Lena D. in customer service. We had some advanced questions on features in SignNow. Great service with room for improvement
1. When the file is too big, the loading takes a very long time while signing. Sometimes can't even open the signing file. 2. Bugs do happen sometimes, have to remove the field and then add the field again. 3. Hope there is a copy and paste function for adding fields.

Great all around platform!!
Great all around platform, loaded with plenty of features that come in great use. I would recommend to anyone doing contracts signing on a daily basis. Really streamlines things.

Hello, It would be helpful to have someone to speak with when there are questions or issues versus a virtual chat. Also, the signatures should have some kind of authentication stamp on the document as I am often challenged to provide evidence that the signatures are authentic.
