What do you like best about Signifyd? I love the ability to alter Signifyd's service to tailor it to exactly what we need. I can also say that the the response times from the people at Signifyd. Whenever an issue arises, the team is there to let us know what we need from them. We were able to use Signifyd to keep on eye on a big fraud issue recently and their ability to work with us on stopping it was tremendous.

What do you like best about Signifyd? The team has been proactive in working with our company, which is especially useful given that we deal in very high average orders. We have not encountered a case of fraud since we've used their product. The details they provide on each order that goes through manual review is thorough.

What do you like best about Signifyd? We're a small team where bandwidth becomes an issue by forcing us to prioritize our many tasks. While Signifyd allows us to focus on other aspects of our business that impact revenue growth, they give us the assurance that the revenue earned is protected from fraud. The turn-around time between order entry, review and approval is minimal allowing for guaranteed orders to process timely.
