What do you like best about Signifyd? How easy the service works, we are able to enter the information regarding the transaction, and the signifyd team takes care of the rest for us. I don't have to reach out to customers for additional information except in extreme cases, and normally the team is able to do additional research based on customer history that allows the order to be guaranteed.

What do you like best about Signifyd? They seem to know who to protect and when and they are flexible if you can provide information on a decline that proves it is a legitimate order. Anytime we have had an issue with a fraudulent order, they have swiftly dealt with the issue, refunding us the money within a few days. They also fight each and every order that is fraudulent with our help. We like knowing that we have protection and can ship orders that we may not have previously shipped ...
