What do you like best about Signifyd? It takes us no time to investigate fraud orders. The false negatives are way below 1% for us. The ones that do slip by (very few) are very easy to get reimbursed for. The process is painless. The system works well for our BigCommerce store. What do you like best? Easy to navigate in the console to review orders; I like the ability to flag orders as either bad or good; the guarantee on orders approved provide peace of mind for a reasonable cost that even if there is a chargeback for unauthorized use, my company will be reimbursed.
