What do you like best? It takes us no time to investigate fraud orders. The false negatives are way below 1% for us. The ones that do slip by (very few) are very easy to get reimbursed for. The process is painless. The system works well for our BigCommerce store. We've pretty well automated our order fulfillment based on the status changes created by Signifyd. What do you like best about Signifyd? Excellent app for taking the stress out of manual fraud review for eCommerce. It even provides email updates to you with the approved fraud protection for specific orders. The dashboard has a tab that is very helpful to break down each potential fraud case on an individual order.
