Have used shopkeep for 5 years now and still love it!

We have used shopkeep for 5 years now and it has really met all of our needs quite well. They often release new updates that make it even better and more user friendly to things that their customers have asked for. I’ve always had great customer service and if I do hit a snag, they’ve always been able to figure it out for us!

Resourceful POS

Shopkeep helped me with easy to setup and use service and POS app to help me get on my retail open fast, convenient reports, loyalty program and much more! I'm really not using the features to it's maximum capability, but this is very helpful for my accountant. I especially love the convenience I have to look up sales in real-time from my phone.

J & J Jamaican Grocery & Gift Shop will continue to use ShopKeep POS

Ordered ShopKeep for a business that we were about to open. Two weeks before we were to acquire a restaurant the owner decided she wasn't renting to us anymore. We bought a lot of equipment and ready to move stuff in to start setting up. So we switched focus from a restaurant to do an ethnic grocery store and gift shop. (Jamaican)Shopkeep Switched our account to a new name and herewith us for every question, every concern to allay our fears. Awesome team really 24/7.

Not fully transparent about their requirements

This company was not forthcoming that their services require a dedicated network. As a result, I am unable to open my business because their credit card reader will not work with security cameras on the same network. They have literally caused me to be unable to open.

Great customer service

This is by far the best company for customer service that we have used they are fast, patient and kind. They were on the phone for 1 hour or more helping us set up and never once made us feel like they didn't want to help.

Why has ShopKeep's help dept gotten so bad?

We have had ShopKeep for about 4 years. I love the ease of the BackOffice and the interface with the iPad registers. HOWEVER - their customer service (ie: the help button that connects you with their chat representatives) has become completely worthless. I recently asked how to refund one of my customers who had paid with a credit card a few days earlier. Customer Service is a joke with this…

Customer Service is a joke with this company. When we started with ShopKeep 3 years ago customer service was great then about 6 months later it all went down hill. Today had a rep who didn't even want to bother figuring out an issue without me turning off my security system!! Are you kidding me? Over Promised and Under Delivered

I spoke with a sales rep multiple times and explained I had 3 requirements I was having trouble meeting through other companies and that all 3 were critical. They assured me they met all 3 - so I started a 3-month trial.They can only meet 1 requirement and their cancellation policy is really cumbersome.
