Sales person didn't seem interested
The lack of transparency in the pricing is a real turn off. The Canadian website doesn't have any pricing details so I filled in a form to get more information. The salesperson kept calling me and emailing me to touch base even though I texted her to let her know that I would be available on a specific day. I just signed a lease and I’m pretty upset I reviewed the wrong platform regarding your shopkeep reviews. After reviewing these reviews I’am terrified to begin my new business with them. I did not receive any of my equipment is it to late to terminate this contract. I cannot have unreliable equipment

I would actually rate my service with -1000...I asked them to cancel my subscription with them...and they didn’t and then charged me 200...for the subscription what for when I cancel it during my trail...now they refused to give me my money back...I will be reporting them to the better business bureaus and to my bank...this is a horrible company be careful

BEWARE Shopkeep Device Scams & Horrible Technical Support Manager
We are Shopkeep POS users (not merchant account)We love the Shopkeep interface and the backoffice, it works great. If only it wasn't run by the rude-est, pettiest bunch of sore losers that exist. This is mainly directed towards the management of technical support.
