"Very easy to use"
What do you like best about ShopController? It is easy to understand and very easy to use. What do you dislike about ShopController? I haven't found anything that I am disappointed with. What problems is ShopController solving and how is that benefiting you? I use it to do all my office invoices

What do you like best about ShopController? IT personnel and the way they are always so helpful, no matter what time I call there is someone who is able to help. What do you dislike about ShopController? Set up, getting all the kinks worked out. Our industry is not typical so the set up had to be very customizable What problems is ShopController solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization of Customer information, ability to set up auto emails/texts.
