What do you like best? The stand-out feature for us in Shop-Ware is the customer portal. We love that we are able to communicate all of our notes, with photos and videos, directly to our customers on their smartphones and computers. What do you like best? Shop-Ware has really taken estimating to a new level. The ability to search previous jobs to carry them into new estimates is a great time saver.
