A great no fuss solution to shop management software
What do you like best? Ease of use. The inventory entry system is simple and well thought out. I was worried that transferring my inventory over to the new software. What do you dislike? I haven't really found an issue that is a deal-breaker. For the price, I think it's the best product on the market. All in one platform with a great support team.
What do you like best? The ability to recommend services the customer can approve with a touch of a button on their device. Instant approval that increases productivity. What do you dislike? The reporting data is not as user friendly. Requires filtering raw data that is exported to find numbers needed. Shop-ware is great!
What do you like best? We can create our own op codes and save them - makes custom jobs easier to find. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to find more than one job at time. Being able to choose multiple jobs at once then move them at all at once would help with time. Very user-friendly interface
What do you like best? Shop-Ware is very easy to navigate, both as a shop and as a customer. It's also great with building repair/service estimates from scratch or saving menu item services as canned jobs, with ease. Almost every customer that we interact with navigates their way through their own R.O. with ease and typically has nothing but praise for how amazingly well laid out this system is for supplying them with estimates, and pictures/video attachments of concerns. Shop-Ware has been a great addition to our company so far.
What do you like best? The ability to get approval of the text and email has worked out great. We are able to get a faster approval from the customer, which means we are able to get the work done sooner and do a few more cars per tech. What do you dislike? We would love the ability to change labor dollars without having to change the tech hours. The other thing is more than one phone number in the contact screen would be nice and I understand that is something they are also working on. ...

Optimized and Efficient
What do you like best? ShopWare has streamlined our process and allowed us to go completely paperless. The transparent interaction with the customer really helps get the repairs sold. Easy to use. Visually pleasing and features work seamlessly with each other
What do you like best? Visually pleasing, very organized and easy to learn. Works with how we do our business What do you dislike? The page not auto-refreshing after a change. Must manual refresh to be updated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization with RO's. Able to see completion times and make needed improvements.

What do you like best? I love the GUI and how presentable the whole product is to my customers. Its innovative And with the times unlike so many of its competitors! What do you dislike? Easy to use, friendly and guests love it.
What do you like best? Mobility and the guest experience is fantastic. What do you dislike? We would like to be able to move lines around on the order. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Guest being aware of detailed findings on inspection.
