Worst exp with the Shiprocket
Worst exp with the Shiprocket. they just don't call back and have no control over their delivery partners. they will raise weight disputes after a month when the customer has thrown the package. they expect us to send them pictures. they will close the tickets on there on will and wish.

Shiprocket don't refund for lost shipment…
Shiprocket don't provide lost shipment compentation. I have lost Rs.4500 + Forward + RTO charge. First of all there is no direct customer care number. You can, ofcourse, write email or raise ticket, but after 2 days you receive a bery ugly reply which don't resolve your query. After 75 days of pick-up I came to know that the shipment is lost. But the cheater shiprocket mention the pincode is not-servisable by courier & collected RTO expense from me too. Shiprocket is a cheater company.

Had worse experience with shiprocket, Guys I personally recommend never use shiprocketthey have no control over their courier partners they keep buying time for not delivered items.there customer care is worse they know only to say “sorry” or “I will escalate to my senior” and provide no resolution, if you create ticket they will close with one liner answer “Location is having complete lockdown and expected EDD for this shipment is after 8- 10 days” . had never got any resolution to any of ...

process easy for process to order but same time awb no did not update on other channel, this service is delay. Customer support should be more cooperative . Proof of delivery should be otp bsed or any id proof based on the time delivery. mostly delivery boy self mark to product deliver but customer report did not get parcel. But need to improve customer support a lot.
