Sorry to give one star, I want to give zero, I have loss due to very bad service of Shiprocket.Not only charges are high, very ir-responsible costumer service, just a bunch of lies in the team, making fool every time when try to call to customer care, not having any solution, and making promise every time for solution in next 24 hours.I have booked a delivery attempt, hardly picked up in 4 days after making so many calls, and just after one day, RTO Initiated, without any reason and attempt ...

Cheating customer by delivering cheap product instead of original order
They cheated us by delivering the wrong product. We have booked 2 readymade dress with dupatta (Order ID: 4527835710) but they delivered one cheap quality saree material and looted my money. Worst cart every seen. Big Fraud.
