Great Order Fulfillment Service…
The tools and dashboard are very simple and easy to use and make handling your shipping, orders, and inventory very easy and transparent. If you need someone to handle your order fulfillment shipmonk is great for this.

Great team and great support!
It is easy to use. It provides the data in the simplest yet unique manner. To be honest, there was not a single issue that I possibly could identify. The staff is very friendly Aidan and Michaela are very nice and gentle people.

Shipmonk has been an ideal fulfillment service
Shipmonk has been an ideal fulfillment solution for the ecommerce side of our business. Their service is responsive, their shipping rates are very reasonable, and the process couldn't be easier. Very happy we switched to their service rather than continuing to fulfill ourselves.

We integrated ShipMonk with our e-commerce store around a year ago, and have only positive experience. ShipMonk is a very professional operation with excellent customer support (in case you need it. The integration automatically send orders arriving on our shopping platform to the ShipMonk inventory platform, the only interaction required from us is to decide on the shipping method, when that's done the order ships. What do you like best? I loved that they had a shopify app/extension that made it easy to fulfill orders What do you dislike? The custom kitting/special project service they offer didn't come to fruition as planned and promised as it was in the sales cycle. $50,000 OF MISSING INVENTORY
One of the most unprofessional and dishonest companies I've had the displeasure to work with. Please be aware that they will loose your inventory ($50,000 USD for our company and refer you to their lawyer after weeks of ignoring the issue. Shipmonk is THE WORST part of running a business
We've been using Shipmonk for a year and half now and it has honestly been the most painful part of running a business. We thought that outsourcing fulfillment to them would make our e-commerce & wholesale business easier to run, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare at every turn. The most stressful fulfillment company
The most stressful fulfillment company. Stay away from ShipMonk or ShitMonk.It took them 7 days to ship Black Friday's order out! They are useless and make you pay premium service.What a waste of time and business.
