Customer Support is great

Customer Support is great! I'm relatively new to 3PL and maybe that's where the frustration stems from, but it's added a lot of time to my deliveries. I used to ship directly with USPS priority mail, and never had an issue. Now with COVID packages may take 2-3 business days to fulfill and up to 5 business days for Zone 8 packages thereafter. I would use the domestic expedited service, but with the markups being so high, it doesn't make sense financially.

I usually have a great experience with the customer service here, but today was an exception. After waiting a few hours for someone to connect with me, I wrote out some questions and explained why i was confused. I was given one sentence answers that did not even come close to answering my question. I then tried to explain further and was left on read. Shiphero is great and best customer support!

We are using Shiphero as a brand but with an external logistic company, so a bit funny setup (not a 3PL but our own) however it works! The Shiphero team is awesome, casual and funny. We had a lot of fun during the onboarding and was still met with a high professionalism and expertise.
