The customer support is SUPERB. ALL from the team are very thorough and make sure that you will get a satisfactory solution. I've always been assigned to Bel and Clara and I would say that they are both amazing. Will rate them both more than 5 stars if possible to see how much I appreciate their help on a daily basis.

Great experience working with ShipHero and their team. Julia and Marina helped me throughout the entire setup process and where extremely helpful. My shipment arrived and my products where ready to ship within 24 hours. Integration with Shopify is awesome! I highly recommend ShipHero.

Absolutely horrible start to their…
Absolutely horrible start to their service. Without my permission and while everything was marked as ON HOLD in their system they shipped some orders, which caused a lot of issues with another warehouse/Shopify sending out cancelled tracking numbers. Later the customer service basically ignored me for 2 days. The situation still hasn't been solved 3 days later.
