Just started using ShipHero, and I find it wonderful

PROS: I just integrated ShipHero into our company, and I find this platform fantastic. It works seamlessly and quickly with Shopify. CONS: It doesn’t allow us to easily organize products when preparing purchase orders. The purchase orders also print out in landscape view automatically, and we can’t change it to portrait view.

Great customer service!

Great customer service (seems to usually be Clara) and great interface. My only issue is that it takes 5-7 days for a customer to receive an item once ordered. Every step along the way feels like it takes a little too long. But the price is reasonable and again, if I ever have any questions someone gets back to me right away.

Product not received

I placed an order on December 4 2020. Money was taken out of my acct so it is paid for. I have tried several different ways of contact including calling the bogus 866 number that is on the page. I still have yet to receive my product and any communication from them. Please do not order from this company. You might get scammed like I did.
