Love the transparency, love the customer focus
I spent quite some time looking for a 3PL that had consistent shipping rates for all customers and that didn't require a custom "quote" like all the other ones. Everything is straightforward with Shiphero, they are true heroes of fulfillment :) They also have required onboarding session calls where they help you create your first shipment plan and to make sure you do everything correctly the first time around. These guys are great for small businesses
I can't believe how easy it's been to set up shipping with ShipHero. At every step, they delivered before deadline to get me running several days before I expected. Bela has been wonderfully helpful and professional. As a low-volume shipper I didn't expect to be able to find this kind of service. I couldn't be happier!
