Run as far as you can from any Shift 4 or their other companies

I purchased a restaurant that had Shift4. We kept it, I had no idea about the company. The salesman was eager for the sale, but then the equipment we upgraded was delayed, delayed our reopening. Then he came down and offered no training, we sent emails begging for help. We opened with zero help and discovered POS issues, the salesman finally came down when i offered to throw the equipment on the highway. Fast forward, we unfortunately had a fire.
