Easy to Use for basic and secure upload and downloading

What do you like best? I can create a unique link that my clients can use to upload their documents containing sensitive information such as social security numbers, account numbers, etc. I also can send out detailed paperwork to have clients sign securely, meaning I can include sensitive information and not worry about it getting leaked. What do you like best? Its collaborative function, which allows people in different locations to work on the same files, seems robust but it is not. Use ShareFile almost exclusively to send or receive documents. I recently had to share a complete litigation file, including dozens of photographs and videos, extensive reports. Easy to use web app

What do you like best? It’s easy to use, it’s in the cloud for convenience. I don’t have a lot of experience with it but it’s really not a bad program. What do you dislike? I’ve had problems with it in the past when It came to setting up the DNS record for it. It was a while ago but I resolved the issue internally. After that everything was smooth sailing.
