What do you like best? It was easy to collect the web interface. A large number of videos we use to inspect and record the different equipment we own and rent, were given a central place by Sharefile. It was necessary for our company to have a central location to document and monitor all inspections. The cleanliness and accessibility of the website, which it exemplifies, amazed me most about Sharefile. All our staff were expected less than an hour to use the website and index our files. ...

Sharefile has significant latency when navigating folders.

What do you like best? User interface is easy to navigate. API is solid. What do you dislike? Performance. Our organization had switched to ShareFIle 10 months ago. Latency between folder navigation is crippling. We haven't been able to get any traction from support on this. It's going to cost a bundle to switch to another product but that's what we're doing. What do you like best? It's very user friendly and makes life easy when sharing documents or productions with external team members or outside counsel. What do you dislike? Great Secure File Sharing Software

What do you like best? Sharefile has lots of great features and integrates with various software. Some of the features I enjoy using are the client portal, ability to send files securely via email, clients state the software is easy to use. I have never experienced any down time in accessing my files via the cloud. The mapped drive is a great way to add files and access files without having to log in. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The level of security - there's only a single link for a single person. It's harder to send the same file to multiple people especially if they want to receive the file in two different email addresses What do you dislike? What do you like best? ShareFile offers solid security, as you can just transfer the file outside the organization and if you send it by phone, you can build a connection to submit the file and determine who has been approved. I like the authentication process it demands for the access and monitoring of the changes to the reports. Great Way to Store and Share Documents!

What do you like best? I love the ease with which you can store the docs and share. My favorite feature is the application that allows me to directly connect with citrix files without having to navigate to the website. Makes storage so easy. What do you dislike? I am currently having issue with some of the sign-in features. There is a bit more complexity there than needed in my opinion.
