Speedy & helpful customer service!
I've had a few troubles with my phone setmore app glitching (probably dropped phone too much) and every time Setmore staff replies within minutes and gets the tech team on it immediately. It's important that I have client software available 24/7 because I work all hours of the day. The customer service is always the same no matter time of day: speedy & results-driven help. Thank you!

Almost one month of using the service…
Almost one month of using the service and no complaints. The service team has been very responsive to my inquiries. I did look for other providers, but decided to stay with Setmore. I like that the have their own video converencing platform and I don't have to use that other one.

I had no idea how much support I needed…
I had no idea how much support I needed nor how much was available! I called the first time at about 10pm and spoke to a really helpful guy called Jardin then had a pre booked appointment with Amanda who made an appointment with me outside her office hours and was so incredibly patient and helpful...Setmore is a godsend and has revolutionised my business and their well trained and selected staff an utter credit Thank you doesn’t touch the sides And knowing they are there 24/7 is ...
