Hemalatha Ramamoorthy was very thorough when explaining and demonstrating the features of the product. She took her time and allowed me to ask questions and she stopped to ask if I had any questions pertaining specific areas that she reviewed with me. Her demonstration really gave me more understanding and clarification on the use and features and its capabilities.

Thanks to Pavithra, She helped me connect my FaceBook busniness page to Setmore, adding Book appointment Button and removing the Class option from my Setmore appointment page. Pavithra knows her way through Setmore and has the capability to do it straightforwardly, she does understand my inquiry and do it without extra questions. I appreciate her support and assistance, also I thank Setmore for having good people like Pavithra.

Highly Recommend Setmore
The appointment went swimmingly...I highly recommend doing this! My rep was polite, professional and, very knowledgeable. It was actually more than I expected, so I will use the notes I was provided and, book another session to confirm I'm ready to use my Setmore account! I tried other apps and they didn't work for me. Setmore is everything I've been looking for.

Customer Service that Shines!
I have been evaluating various scheduling systems and Setmore's customer service if far and away the best! They walked me through all my questions with a real person, not a chat bot. Various customer service reps also followed up and immediately fixed some issues we were having with the sizing of my logo. The features also work great with our business and allow us to manage multiple calendars.

Excellent System and Customer Service
I've found Setmore very easy to set up and use, it integrates so well with other apps (like Instagram, Facebook, PayPal, etc) and also whenever I had queries the support team were excellent and very quick to respond. Would highly recommend!

Visha's Services
I just want to say that Visha was excellent and exceptional in his assistance. He was helpful, patient and managed to sort out in a few min what the a few members of the team yesterday took 12 hrs to try to accomplish. I highly recommend him for any future services.
