I'm able to gather information about potential clients which is amazing, but I can't keep track of who I'm contacting, or at least if that's an option in seamless.AI I'm unaware of it.Other than that, the software is pretty good.

Dishonest company

Dishonest company. They make it very hard to cancel their contracts, you essential have to go through a click funnels type website to cancel. They need a 60 day notice... anything lets they lock you into another 1 year contact. Way to help small businesses during hard times.Their data is not accurate, the emails are mostly guesses.

Buggy and Inaccurate Data

The information that I got back was buggy and inaccurate. I tried to cancel and they tell me that they will not cancel my subscription. What a horrible customer experience.

The Seamless.AI Sales Team is not Honest About Contracts

I told them I only wanted a contract for 1-2 months because I'm unemployed and wanted to use the platform to help find a job by directly emailing hiring managers. I was told ok and signed the contract which was a big mistake. I was told they can do a monthly contract, but their actual contract says in small print at the bottom that "monthly billing is billed on annual terms". Horrible support, don't stand by what the salespeople say.

Unfortunately, the salesperson lied to us about the features of the platform. When we asked to cancel our contract and get a refund, we were told that because we signed up for a trial before (which the salesperson told us to do), we should've known about that the detrimental limitations the salesperson did not mention.

Worst service and beware of their contracts

As one of the reviewers said, watch out for the contract. First, it is one of the worst for small companies. Second, we had three months left in the contract and were NOT USING their service due to COVID, but they refused to cancel the contract and offered a buyout as though it is something like auto lease. Who pays for such online services anymore? Never ever signup with this company. Waste of money if you are a startup or a small company.

Single worst investment I've EVER made...

This is about the single worst investment I've ever made in my business. The entire process is assnine. Instead of hiring database managers to drop the actual data you want, they push the job to their customers. If you want to get into the database management business, you'll love it. If not, go elsewhere. They will tell you their AI scrubs millions of data sources. Bullsh*t. It's just a LinkedIn overlay. ...oh, did they tell you you'll have to drop another $1,200 to access LinkedIn ...

Watch out for the contract

A decent technology behind the scenes, but there are companies that do the EXACT SAME THING that don't lock you into 12 month contracts that sneakily renew behind your back. Avoid the billing headaches and use something else.
