As one reviewer said, it is a total ripoff, and as another said, it absolutely is NOT unlimited streaming by ANY definition of that word. ich habe genau das gleich Problem. Habe mehrfach versucht zu Kündigen, seit Monaten. Nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten und das Geld wird weiterhin von meinem Paypal Konto abgebucht, obwohl ich das Konto wie nach Anleitung gelöscht habe. Me cobran aún cuando cancele mi suscripción

El día de hoy me llegó un cobro a mi tarjeta de una suscripción que cancele hace 15 días espero un reembolso porque esto es un servicio fraudulento y no necesito que me digan que fue una cancelación que no se llevó a cabo pues acepte la cancelación y ese momento se me notificó que ya no poseia la suscripción y hoy me llega un cobro , necesito la cancelación inmediata y un reembolso del valor

Usas la prueba gratuita de 30 dias y te das cuenta de que no puedes descargar ningun pdf porque todos estan incompletos y no sirven de nada, asi que le das a cancelar suscripción y te olvidas.Pero al mes te cobran 10€ porque tu suscripción no se canceló bien ya que si le das una vez te sale en grande que tu suscripción no se renovará y abajo en una esquina en pequeño le tienes que dar a aceptar varias veces porque si no, no se cancela.
