Cobros improcedentes
Me pasó lo mismo que al resto de la gente que comenta. El día sábado 6 de noviembre suspendí mi cuenta, informándose que no me cobrarían hasta el mes de enero de 2022. Para mi sorpresa hoy advertí que de todos modos cargaron la suscripción a mi tarjeta de crédito, ignorando la suspensión que gestioné. Exijo la devolución de mi dinero y la cancelación permanente de la suscripción.

Otro timado más, vi que me quitaban dinero cuando nunca me suscribí a sus servicios, es más, si es que ni los conocía, buena publicidad, si señor, ahora me piden mi número de tarjeta para darme de baja de algo que nunca pedí, lo lleváis claro, ya lo arreglaré por otras vías

A mi pe ha pasado exáctamente lo mismo. Cancelé mi suscripción en 2019 y el sábado 6 de noviembre a las 17:11 me pasaron el cargo de lo 9,99€ de una suscripción que yo no solicité, ni siquiera pasé por su página. Exijo su devolución.

Canceled after my trial period…
Tried to cancel after my trial period and they billed me 3 times. Went to their website after the first time they billed me and tried to log in with my user name and password and got the message "no such account exists". Yet they billed me twice more. It's a SCAM. Also no way to contact them by phone. They didn't quit billing me until Paypal got involved.

How to cancel your Scribd membership.
Listen guys, I had exactly the same problem you are describing, yes Scribd are scammers and you can never cancel your membership. Scribd will give everyone the same generic 'sorry' reply, claiming that you must have made a mistake and not cancelled properly? Only sure way to stop these thieves taking your money is to ring your bank and ask them to block any further payments to Scribd. There is no other way.
