After a year+ of using Scribd
The “Internet Archive” side of Scribd is mostly OK. I’m talking about the user uploaded documents. But, as opposed to Internet Archive, where you can find both documents and books for free, Scribd costs money. And I’m not sure if lately the experience is worth it. I mostly listen to audiobooks, and Scribd had a lot of cool books. Everyhting you can imagine. I’ve been a customer with Scribd for years. I enjoyed my subscription until this past few months, after a couple of days having large selection of books to choose from, now I have maybe 10 books in my selection. It’s not because I have a large amount of books in my library. I actually have fewer books in saved tab, than I usually have, hoping to get my selection back. Doesn't seem to be a zero star option…
Doesn't seem to be a zero star option here unfortunately .. simply put - scribd is a criminal operation. After thinking I'd stopped payments months ago at scribd accounts, later I find there was a confirmation query off screen further down the page. So then .. I fully cancel while - forcefully - I'd admit - requesting refund of those months payments. Result - payments continue. So, I have to cancel with my bank. Result.. payments .. through its happy accomplice paypal .. continue. i'm sure ...

Son estelonatarios , bando de sinvergüenzas. Una vez me inscribí y apesar de todos los medios de comunicación no consigo cancelar la inscripción . Dizen que cobrsn 8 Us por mes mas se pagan 3 o 4 veces por mes llegando a 40 U$ o mas . Si tienes un medio de pagos como pay pal no se como hacen mas se cobran . CUIDADO NO SE INSCRIVAN EN ESTA EMPRESA. La pagina de cancelamiento de suscripciones no funciona. Asco total hagan viral esto por todos los medios
