A Service I Appreciate
It seems like there are some bad reviews having to do with their billing. I haven't run into this problem, but hopefully if it is a problem, its something they'll fix. Nevertheless, I've enjoyed Scribd. I think $9.99/mo. for such a wide variety to titles is an excellent deal, especially compared to Audible which is north of $12/mo., only offers audiobooks and still makes you pay for them after you use your 1 monthly credit. Just like everyone else
Just like everyone else. Scribd stole money from me essentially. Auto renewed without any permission or warning. Awaiting full refund. I used zero content from them as their records show, literally zero content. Edit: as you can see below they are saying that basically it's my fault because I didn't cancel the auto renew function but they'll be the bigger person and refund me anyway. My credit card is showing a pending charge from Scribd. I went through all of my email addresses and I cannot find an active account. I had a free trial in June which I canceled. I don't understand how I am being charged.

Son unos ladrones!!
Son unos ladrones!!! Robaron mis datos bancarios y cancelé mi suscripción y siguen cobrando apenas de haber eliminado la cuenta. Cancelé mi tarjeta de crédito y aún así me llegan nuevos cobros a la nueva... los voy a denunciar con delitos cibernéticos!!! LADRONES!!!!
