Signed up for a free trial, it didn't work so I cancelled but they continued to take the money and refused to refund or even answer

Y otro más estafado: di de baja en diciembre porque el servicio es caro (más que, por ejemplo, que Spotify o Netflix) y en cuanto a lo que ofrece, para pagar por archivos compartidos podría comprarme un libro por mes, o más, impreso o virtual. Luego de dar de baja sin inconvenientes en diciembre , me aparece facturado en enero.
