I absolutely love Scribd

I absolutely love Scribd! It's a way better alternative to audible. I'm someone who listens to a LOT of audibooks, often 4-5 a month. Scribd gives me the ability to listen to as many as i'd like with no limits. With other platforms you only get 1-2 credits per month and that just isn't enough for me. fine service but scammy web

I was billed again because of their extremely confusing webdesign. I thought Its been done however there is a button hidden under multiple ads that you need to click to actually cancel the service. I love the variety of subjects

I love the variety of subjects. I enjoy learning so being able to find audiobooks that I can listen to and learn from while doing mundane tasks is awesome. The reason for the rating of 4 instead of 5 is that you have to have a relatively newer phone to use it. Not a Bad Deal

I found Scribd while conducting research for one of my graduate courses; I stayed because it is actually a good product for the price. They do not always have what I am looking for, but Scribd has what I am looking for often enough to warrant four stars.

I've had a lot of fun

I've had a lot of fun. Been able to read and listen some books, use some working materials and I have also taken advantage of the complementary services such as the Curiosity Stream and Comic. I'm delighted. Thank you very much.

Generally okay

Generally okay - just the overall collection of material is quite dated. I find it difficult locate newish titles in all categories e.g ebooks, audiobooks. The scope of what is available e.g. magazines, music is very good. The biggest positive is the pricing in that it is somewhat better value compared against others similar streaming subscriptions. Scribd has work to do if it is to gain wider appeal - mostly in the area of the app and the availability of new / current titles.

Needs a better highlighting feature

Unlike other users I have not attempted at canceling my subscription but have even heard from personal friends that they had a hard time as well as their books were limited, I did notice the some books I was looking for randomly disappeared and than re-appeared which is quite odd considering that it doesn’t cost them anything to allow you to access the book but anyway my experience has been great I read a lot of Christian books and as far as commentaries and other resources go it is an ...
