Be careful - feels like a scam.

Be careful. I have no idea how i signed up to this. They make it very difficult to cancel. But have been taking money from my account for several months. They don't email you to remind you that you are subscribing. Something not right here.

Wonderful service

Had an issue, and was a little frustrated that they didn’t have a contact number, how used their “contact us” page and got a response to my long query within 5 months and the issue was resolved. I will definitely use Scribd again in the near future, thank you for dealing with my refund so swiftly!

Scammers

Scammers. They took money from my PayPal account. I don't know this company. They activate a subscription and take money. Now Paypal refuses to refund indicating that I received the product. I am so disappointed with the behavior. Unable to contact them. They know they are scammers.

Great source of books.

So far it's been great. So many books I want to read or listen to. Has definitely been life changing. Thanks for providing this amazing service.

I am pretty sure the one stars reviews which I dont see by the way...are all by the Scribd unmatched compatitors...Scribd is one of the best things that life has to offer...I literally recommend it to everyone I know and is unofficial pr representative for Scribd.com... thats how much I loveeeee this website. You can find anything and everything plus a kitchen sink lol ...

Book selection is very good; availability limited to 15 days in a month

Book selection is very good. I get a lot of the books not found in my library and Kindle unlimited. However, i cannot get any new books by good authors for 15 days in a month. I have written multiple complaints on this. I even switched to yearly subscription. Still the same problem. I am frustrated
