They make money by scamming people. I cancelled my membership 3 years ago but they intentionally have been taking money from my account. I demand a full refund of my £279 RIGHT NOW or I will take legal action. I have given them over three months to return my money but still no assistance and I have lost my patience now. I attempted to charge my subscription…

I attempted to charge my subscription using my cash app card. However, I got an error message stating that they don’t accept prepaid cards. No problem with that except they charged the full amount to the cash app card. Very shady and makes me reconsider my membership.

Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted. Scribd took money from my account for nearly 2 years, never sent me any comms so that I can only think people don’t notice and don’t cancel their payments (I assumed Scribd was a carrier name for like my Spotify payments or my local off licence hence why I never questioned it). Great range but some "dishonest" stuff going on

Great range of awesome books. But there are a few dodgy things going on to be aware of: - I signed up with one email address and then somehow also got an authentication email to another address as well that I hardly ever use so that definitely didn't happen on purpose. Unsure how that happened but could have resulted in me ending up with two accounts. No reply to an email checking that I haven't subscribed twice - the advertised cost is misleading ($8-something plus tax). There must be a ...

Scammers

Scammers. They took money from my PayPal account. I don't know this company. They activate a subscription and take money. Now Paypal refuses to refund indicating that I received the product. I am so disappointed with the behavior. Unable to contact them. They know they are scammers.
