For the money
For the money, it is well worth the price. I should explore more but I am hung up on your gay male audiobooks. Hope I don't run out of them! I really like the longer books. I wonder how often you add to them.

STILL EVIL
Took me over 3 years to cancel my account and I was charged monthly despite not even being able to access my account. When I did manage to get ahold of customer service (yeah this started years ago when you could still call customer service) they told me my account was closed. It wasn't until I started posting negative reviews on here and other places they finally assisted me in closing it. I love scribd but I wish that you could truly have unlimited E books and audiobooks instead of them becoming unavailable until your next billing cycle. Other than that it's the best platform I've found for reading and listening to books!

Do not subscribe for anything!
I needed some documents for my masters program and Scribd had a few available, so I subscribed for a free trial and canceled after the first charge. Four more charges later, I have canceled my account twice and they are still charging me! I tried to find a support email or number, but there is not one. Just a robot that told me that my account would be discontinued. If they charge me again, I may have to cancel my card...

I love Scribd
I love Scribd. As a serious reader it is such a money saver - one small complaint - I am reading a series of books called “holding their own” by Joe Nobody - I can see all of the books except number 11 - I’m getting anxious now as I’m on book 7 - will you get this soon? There are about 15 books in the series and it does not make sense to not have this book

More books per month please
I really enjoy Scribd. You get both e-books and e-audiobooks on the same app. The only downside is that you only get to listen or read so many books before titles become unavailable until your next billing cycle. I honestly would pay a little more if it truly were unlimited.
