My Scribd account has been crippled by Scribd's automated system

First let me say that I love the collection of books, documents, magazines etc. that Scribd has. I have been a subscriber for many years and use it on a daily basis. However, Scribd has an automated system that monitors your activity and that system has flagged my account and put a "download block" on it. Fraud

I signed up with my google account and never subscribed for anything yet they have been charging me for months now without my knowledge from my google pay account associated with my google account and never given authority for taking out payment to Scribd. All I can get is the last month's refund and there is no way to contact them, there is no human customer service. I have nothing in my reading history either, never used the thing, never ever signed up for the service and I never granted ...

SCAM--I dont know how I ended up subscribing

I dont know how I ended up subscribing them--might be via Facebook or SlideShare (to download some slides). Even the email registered with them was never verified. I was charged for 15 months and I never opened this website (not even a once). They never send me any receipt or email or whatever, so how can I know I am being charged. Scribd is a wonderful app i discovered a few months ago. I have always enjoyed reading and listening to drama etc on the radio. This app offers the chance to listen to our books or read them.
