I can't cancel my account!!!!!

I can't cancel my account!!!!!! This Is fraud. They send you emails where comunicate you the next Billings date, but you are not using It because you can't ! This Is FRAUD

Cancelled and I am still receiving monthly charges

I started a free 30-day trial, but after a couple of days, I understood that I would not use it and canceled the trial. Somehow, after 30 days, I was charged for the Scribd. Okay, I thought that I forgot to cancel the subscription. Canceled again. After 30 days, it happened again - I was charged. Canceled again and sent a message to the support to escalate the problem. No answer yet. While waiting for the answer, logged in again and noticed that my subscription had been resumed.

VERY HARD TO CANCEL.

VERY HARD TO CANCEL. Unlike most subscription services, SCRIBD won't let you access any material if you cancel before your actual last date. This is FRAUD. When you try to cancel you get a warning say you won't get to access material anymore. If that's not true, then why do they word it that way? To scare you? F... that.

Overall it’s a good service. I like to listen to audiobooks while on my hour long commute to work and back again then all day at work so I do go through quite a few audiobooks a month. Some are missing 5-30 seconds of audio they’ll just go silent but continue to play and then the audio will cut back in again. Decent selection and very reasonable pricing always updating

The selection is pretty decent alot of variety and topics to choose from constantly updating the library on problem is going into this know what u want if your that specific your not gonna be happy but I don't know any reading app like this that can deliver everything one would ask for for every person who buys the service the original productions are in my opinion at minimum on par with an audible original lots of hits small and big bit then some spectacular misses as well for good measure ...

Absolutely Scam.

I have never signed up for the subscription and used the product. Yet I was charged for a total of three months. Even during the three months, I've never received any notification about being on a subscription or being charged. I've written to your support but the only reply I got is a refund can only be issued within 30 days. This is an absolute scam and you are taking money from people without their consent or notice. I'm asking for a refund for both September and August!

I have been a subscriber for at least two years. I like that I have access to any book that is available and no additional fees. I find that a lot of popular or "buzzworthy" books are only available in audio format, which is frustrating for me (I prefer reading). The algorithm that is used to recommend books isn't great (recommends other books by the same author, which I feel is....obvious?) Switched from Audible and mostly pleased. The problem I am having is that some audiobooks i listen to will stop the audio but the book continues to play. I am missing 5 to 30 seconds of the book each time which is extremely frustrating and irritating.
