SCAM, STEALING FROM COLLEGE STUDENTS
this is SCAM, I keep being charged $35 twice a month when I never applied for a membership and cannot get any "help" from their "support team"! I am a struggling college student and it is appalling and rude to steal a students money , I can't afford to eat because when I try to use my debit card it is declined due to insufficient funds which then I go check my account and it has been charged by this website twice meaning I am having $70 stolen from me each month!!!

Helpful and friendly se vice
The best customer service. Something went wrong with my account cancellation and I was charged again. I contacted Scribd on Facebook and had a fast reply and a refund. Very friendly!!! I read a lot of bad reviews before and got worried. I would like to rest you assure that there is nothing to worry about. They are good guys!

Scam
the first free 30 days is a lie. I cannot access anything on the website. After 30 days have passed, they charge me double and I still cannot access any books or documents. Requested refund on paypal and fortunately succeeded. Don't trust this s***hole.

Great customer support - they are prompt and responsive. And the service itself is also a good find - reasonable price and lots of books to roam through.

Read unlimited books online at Scribd
I just purchased a subscription to Scribd's book reading service, and I'm completely blow away. I was able to read several bestseller books already. Not bad for $9 bucks a month. Way cheaper than any other ebook service I've found online. They have an iPhone app too, which is cool.
