This site is unacceptable, a scam.

This site is unacceptable. Somehow scribd got my credit card information and has been billing me every month for the past year. I have emailed them so many times to get my card off their site but they will not do it, they keep asking me more questions. I have never used scribd nor do I ever want to. They do not have a phone number which makes it hard to talk to a real person. DO NOT USE.

I believed I had cancelled my subscription to SCRIBD before the free trial had ended, so when I was charged for the membership, I was clueless and distressed.
