Its a fraud. I paused the subscribtion and they keep charging me anyway and what's worse I realized that they have been charging me twice a month for all the period of my subscribtion. They charged me on every 9th and 26th of every month. DON'T EVEN TOUCH THIS APP - IT'S A SCAM I wrote an email but no response from them yet!!!! Awful customer service

It all started with an audiobook which stopped at one point and didn't work anymore...it took about one month for the customer service to get back to me and NOT solve the issue. I took another audiobook and the same happened so I decided to quit. I cancelled my subscription, but still they charged me for the next month. I sent screenshots and requests, but the help desk just confirmed that my account is now cancelled but is ignoring me about the refund. This is just scam, stealing 10,45€!!

I emailed their support team on May 27th this year regarding my free trial for Scribd, but never got a response back. I registered for a free trial the same month but I never received a reminder that it would be ending. I soon forgot about my trial, but I was charged $11.99 without any indication that my free trial had ended. Never got a response from my email to them regarding the free trial charge. I had only used Scribd the day I registered for the free trial, and never used it after that.

This company is a scam. They don't notify you that your annual subscription is due or the amount - which is different from the one originally signed up to. It is just appearing on my credit card at the beginning of a year's subscription and it is $119 not the original amount. This company is a total scam. I never signed up to this business, never purchased anything from them and never had an account with them. They started taking £9.99 a month from my account in Aug 2021 (increasing to £10.99 a month in April 2022). I had no way of cancelling these payments as I did not have an account with them and therefore could not log in to their website.
