Seriously??? I’m trying to read a book, I can’t download it for whatever reason on my phone which isn’t a problem with other sites. Every time I leave the site to look at a text or even walk away for a minute I get kicked off and have to log in again. Now I get a message saying I have logged in too many times it from too many computers and I have to wait up to 24 HOURS to start reading it again! WTH?? Why don’t I just walk to the library? THIS IS SCAM I just realized that SCRIBD has been charging me for the past 6 months. I canceled my membership last December and it just makes you believe that you have canceled it. I have never used it after my cancelation. And what's worse is that the plan writes it will charge me £8.99 a month, but they actually charge me £10.74 a month, WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. I was credited for a month of membership accidentally, and a ticket was sent immediately for a refund after I realized this issue, but there's no reply after a week, I hope my ticket didn't get ignored by Scribd. Ticket no. #2752239

I am trying for over 2 weeks to get a refund back for a trial that I thought I cancelled 4 times. but did not, because their cancellation process is so cumbersume and misleading, it gives you the impression that you have cancelled.
