Can't make payment to start a subscription
I have been trying for a few days to restart an old subscription or start a new subscription but the payment system is not working. I always receive the following message. Oops! There was an error processing your payment. Please use a different credit card, or try again later I have used 4 different credit cards with no success. Love BUT
I have mixed feelings- I love having various audiobooks to listen too- my kids and I listen to a lot affordably. The downside is it’s NOT unlimited. Pretty much monthly we have books removed from our list we wanted to listen to until a later date. They haven’t “taken away” books we are currently listening to but they will occasionally bleep out for 30 seconds unless you download- I assume to discourage use.

Never received notice of free trial…
Never received notice of free trial ending and got charged renewal fee. will never use again. plus hard to search for specific interests.
