Account vanished
Account vanished? I signed up for an account and read for 30 min or so. The next day I tried to login and was told there is no account with that email even though I use a password manager. So I go to register again and it says there is an account with that email already. I tried to reset password and told there is no account with that email. I submitted a support ticket and haven't heard anything for a week. They have my credit card on file and based on other feedback I'll probably get ...

You people are so terrible. You charged me last Thursday for a service I have not subscribed to.I sent a ticket on #2811364 requesting a refund but you have not replied. For that reason, I have reported you to PayPal. Better you refund me my money right away.

Canceled my free trial after 1 day and…
Canceled my free trial after 1 day and money was taken from my account anyway! Should have googled first whether this company was reliable! It is not!

Charged for months
Charged for months even though I canceled my membership. Terrible never get sucked in to giving these people your card details you will be charged forever. And they don't respond. You have to change your credit card.

Pedí mi primer mes gratis y sinceramente NO fue lo que esperaba, a mitad del mes de prueba dejé de usar la plataforma y el día de hoy me cobraron y me gustaría el reembolso ya que no la he usado desde entonces. Número de ticket: #2814348
