Excellent service I use almost every day. The HUGE advantage is I can preview books before I decide if I should buy. I can also research a specific topic and scan multiple sources (books, documents, magazines) online.

Account deleted after asking for help.
Signed up for a scribd account and it wouldn't accept either of my 2 credit cards. Put in a support ticket. Waited a week never heard anything. Created a twitter account and tweeted askscribd. Waited another week, still never heard anything. Tried to login again and my account was deleted? I guess that's how Scribd solves their problems. Out of sight out of mind.

Hola ya le di de baja y me siguen cobrando. Según mi cuenta dice que mi membrecía caducará el 21/5/2020 y todavía me sigue impactando en la tarjeta según entiendo me cobraron 3 meses de más. Como puedo hacer para que me devuelvan la plata

En lo personal me ha gustado muchísimo esta app, me parece muy buena para todo tipo de lectores ya que cuenta con varios títulos muy atractivos para todos los gustos, sin embargo, lo que me ha enganchado es su catálogo en inglés tanto en audio como en libro ya que son mucho más variados y cuantiosos. Para quienes estamos empezando a leer y escuchar en inglés y otros idiomas es increíble! Me encanta. Lo único que le falta es un diccionario al español, ya que el que me descargó la app es ...

No notice given to cancel free trial
No notice given to cancel free trial Ticket number #2810838 Scribd will give you no notice to cancel your free trial and then they will make it as difficult as possible to cancel - you have to click through 3 or 4 pages before the entire cancellation is complete. It is therefore very easy to forget to cancel or fail to cancel it completely. I haven't used any of the premium features. I am entitled to a refund. I haven't heard back at all from Scribd despite submitting a ticket last week.

Stole my money
They took my money and then deleted my account. I put in a support ticket a week ago and haven't heard back. UPDATE: Finally heard back. They accused ME of fraud! After taking my money! They couldn't do anything for me 'since I was flagged' by their AUTOMATED fraud system. Are you serious? I'm just go back to Kindle Unlimited.

No se suscriban, es una estafa !
La publicidad dice puedes cancelar cuando quieras, y que te avisarán cuando se esté por terminar la prueba, yo lo usé solo ese primer día vi que no había mucho para descargar y trate de cancelar mi suscripión ya llevo mas de 4 meses en que se me descuenta y hasta mas de una vez al mes, como es posible ?

Account just vanished. My account just vanished like that. I had subscription till October. Woke up and no account. It tells me account does not exist. Sent a complaint but didn't even get a ticket number
